Design speed = 30 MPH

No traffic light at Doherty/Henry

(Suggested several times by Mayor.  In 2012, the public was led to believe it would be included.)

No blinking yellow light at Doherty/Henry

DIMENSIONS

Right of way: 60 feet

(Note: Noncompliant with City Ordinance          Section 82-34 which states: "Street right-of-way widths, in accordance with all official plans, shall not be less than the following: Collector 100." Heritage Oaks Blvd is classified as a collector. Note: If the width was 100 ft, as required, is it possible there would be sufficient space to support a swale system as planned?)

Travel lanes: 11 feet each direction

(Note: Noncompliant with City Ordinance Section    82-34 which states: "Travel lanes for all streets and roadways shall not be less than 12 feet"; objection to 11 ft lanes confirmed unanimously by council on 2 March 2021. In 2012, the public was led to believe lanes would be 12 feet.)

Bicycle lanes: None. 

(Note: Noncompliant with WM Ordinance Sec 82-34: "Provisions shall be made for bicycle lanes for all arterial and collector roadways." Heritage Oaks Blvd is a collector. WM Ordinance 82-40(a)(7) )

Sidewalk: 6 feet

Doherty Drive Ext length: 1,300 feet

Heritage Oaks Blvd Ext length: 930 feet

Shoulders: 2 feet

Sod: 11 feet on the sidewalk side, 17 feet on the other
